Some frequently asked questions.
When will my order ship?
All non-bulk orders are processed and shipped the next business day after they are placed. Our orders are typically pulled and processed by 7:30 am EST each business morning. If you need expedited shipping, please keep this in mind. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday are processed the following Monday, unless it is a holiday, then it would be Tuesday.
Bulk product orders are shipped based upon product availability, with over 97% still shipped the next business day. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to ship next business day, prior to processing your order.
Is my information secure?
Yes. All information required to process your order is collected using industry standard SSL encryption. We do not maintain payment method information in our system. We will, however, maintain a copy of your ship-to and bill-to information if you create an account in our online store.
This information is only available via a password-secured login. We do have a system for emailing your password information based upon your email address and a password reminder hint that you provide when signing up. Your password can only be sent to the email address specified in the "bill-to" information when your account was created for obvious privacy reasons. We are not able to modify your account information, only you can do this after successfully logging in.
How can I pay for my CShell order?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not ship COD and we do not accept personal checks. It is important that the "Bill-To" information match exactly with the name and billing address information supplied to your credit card issuer. Failure to do so will result in either the cancellation of your order or a request for further authorization (in writing via fax, etc.) prior to order processing. We reserve the right to request further authorization from the credit card holder if the "Bill-To" and "Ship-To" information are different. Why create an account?
Simple. This will expedite the checkout process for future orders. Your customer information will automatically be filled-in on your checkout form once you are logged in. You will be required to provide payment method information each time you order.
You are not required to create an account to place an order. When presented with a login screen, you can simply opt to order without creating an account.
What do I do if I need to return a product?
Any product return requires a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us to request an RMA.
To receive a refund for products purchased from us, or to exchange a product, the product must be returned in saleable condition, with return shipping pre-paid, to our fulfillment center:

All returned product is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
